THK AFG Grease

THK AFG Grease is a high grade grease designed specifically for ball screws. It’s made with a high grade synthetic oil base and a urea based consistency enhancer, giving it strong low heat generating properties that suit a wide range of temperatures, from low to high.

Its low base oil viscosity keeps torque low, which is ideal for ball screw applications, while its low viscous resistance means it generates minimal heat even during high speed operation. AFG Grease also holds up well against moisture, resisting softening and maintaining extreme pressure resistance even when exposed to water.

The service temperature range runs from -45°C to 160°C.
