THK AFE-CA Grease

The THK AFE-CA Grease uses high-grade synthetic oil with a urea-based consistency enhancer. It produces very little dust, making it suitable for clean environments. THK states that AFE-CA generates the least amount of dust among its low dust-generating grease products. It also contains zero metallic elements, making it suitable for semiconductor-related applications.

AFE-CA Grease has a 4-ball welding load of 1,236 N. Its service temperature range is −40 to 180°C.
