THK AFE-CA Grease

THK AFE-CA Grease is built with a high grade synthetic oil base and a urea based consistency enhancer. It’s THK’s lowest dust generating grease, and it contains zero metallic elements, which makes it especially suitable for cleanroom and semiconductor related environments.

Beyond its low dust generation, this grease also supports machine stability and works well in settings where cleanliness is a top priority. It covers a service temperature range of -40°C to 180°C, giving it flexibility across different operating conditions.
