THK AFC Grease is made with a high grade synthetic oil base and a urea based consistency enhancer, along with special additives that give it strong resistance to fretting corrosion. This makes it a good fit for applications where components experience small repeated movements or micro vibrations.

Because it uses a high grade synthetic base oil, AFC Grease keeps its lubricating performance steady across a wide temperature range, from -54°C to 177°C. It also helps maintain machine stability over time, so equipment continues running smoothly even under demanding conditions.
