THK JR Series Full-Ball LM Guide (Structural Beam)

The THK JR Series uses an LM rail with a cross-sectional shape that has high flexural rigidity, which means it can double as a structural member in your equipment rather than just a guide rail. Because the center of the rail’s cross-section is slightly thinner, it can absorb some error in parallelism between two rails by bending slightly inward or outward, so it doesn’t need perfectly aligned mounting to run smoothly. It uses the same proven LM block as THK’s HSR Series.

Each row of balls sits at a 45° contact angle for a uniform load rating in all four directions, letting it be mounted in any orientation. It carries a basic dynamic load rating from 27.6 kN to 121 kN and a basic static load rating from 36.4 kN to 146 kN, and it’s available in sizes 25, 35, 45, and 55.
