THK HRG Series Miniature Full-Roller LM Guide

The THK HRG Series is the smallest roller type LM Guide in THK’s lineup, using rollers as the rolling element to achieve higher rigidity and a longer service life than THK’s earlier miniature guide products. Its compact external dimensions make it a strong fit for applications where space is at a premium but you still need the durability of a roller guide.

It’s designed with an equal basic load rating on the block in all four directions, so it can be used in any orientation. It’s available in size 8, 10, and 12, with a basic dynamic load rating from 1.02 kN to 6.59 kN and a basic static load rating from 2.29 kN to 18.22 kN, depending on the block type.
