THK HMG Series Full-Ball LM Guide (Straight-and-Curved Type)

The THK HMG Series combines the technologies behind THK’s HSR straight guide and HCR curved guide, letting the same LM blocks move continuously between straight and curved sections of rail. This lets you join straight and curved rails into shapes like O, U, L, and S layouts, and removes the need for a separate lift or turntable to change direction in conveyance and production lines, simplifying your equipment and cutting down on design time.

It also supports large tables and heavier loads through combinations of multiple blocks on one rail, or two or more rails working together, giving you a lot of design freedom. Do note that a rotating or sliding mechanism is needed for the table, since it becomes decentered as a block transitions from a straight section into a curved one. It’s available in sizes 15, 25, 35, 45, and 65.
