THK ER Series Precision Linear Pack

The THK ER Series Precision Linear Pack is an ultra-thin, lightweight linear slide unit using precision-formed, heat-treated and ground stainless steel plates. Balls circulate between V-shaped grooves in the outer rail and inner block to provide smooth, continuous linear motion with very low friction.

Its compact construction gives the unit low inertia and fast response, while also reducing design and assembly costs compared with conventional miniature ball bearings. It is available with single or multiple inner blocks and can be specified with normal or preloaded radial clearance.

The lineup includes ER513, ER616, ER920 and ER1025, with basic dynamic load ratings from 54.9 to 215 N and basic static load ratings from 72.5 to 315 N.
