MCMW / MCMW-L Miniature Linear Guide

The MCMW series miniature linear guide is a wide-block version of the MCM series, developed to deliver higher stiffness and load capacity while maintaining a compact form factor. By increasing the block width, the MCMW series enhances resistance to moment loads and improves overall rigidity, allowing stable linear motion even under higher loads or eccentric forces. Like the standard type, it employs a four-point contact ball structure that ensures smooth circulation and precise positioning with minimal friction.

The wide design makes the MCMW series especially suitable for compact machines that require higher rigidity without moving to a larger LM guide size. The guide uses stainless steel components for superior corrosion resistance and incorporates a ball retainer structure to prevent ball drop during handling and assembly, improving ease of installation and maintenance.
