THK LRU Series LM Roller

The LM Roller is a heavy-load linear motion guide in which contoured rollers circulate infinitely along a precision-ground, high-rigidity raceway base while being retained by a cage. A center guide integrated into the raceway base continuously corrects roller skew, ensuring smooth and stable rolling motion even under high loads.

LM Rollers are widely used in NC machine tool XYZ guides, precision press ram guides, press die changers, and heavy-load transfer systems, where high rigidity, durability, and smooth motion are required.

The LRU Model LM Roller also eliminates the need for a mounting groove, simplifying installation and reducing machining effort. It is secured directly to the mounting surface by bolting through four holes in the raceway base, making it suitable for applications requiring high load capacity with straightforward mounting.
