THK LRB / LRB-Z Series LM Roller

The LM Roller is a heavy-load linear motion guide in which contoured rollers circulate infinitely along a precision-ground, high-rigidity raceway base while being retained by a cage. A center guide integrated into the raceway base continuously corrects roller skew, ensuring smooth and stable rolling motion even under high loads.

LM Rollers are widely used in NC machine tool XYZ guides, precision press ram guides, press die changers, and heavy-load transfer systems, where high rigidity, durability, and smooth motion are required.

The LRB Model LM Roller does not require a groove to be machined on the mounting surface, helping to reduce machining time and overall installation cost. It is mounted using fixture models SMB or SE and bolts. The LRB-Z variant is a lightweight resin-retainer type and includes a seal groove that allows a high-performance rubber seal to be installed. This series is capable of high-speed travel of up to 1 m/s.
