MCH-F / MCH-LF Linear Guide

The BSQ MCH-F and MCH-LF Series Linear Guides are high load flange-type linear guides engineered for applications requiring high rigidity, high precision positioning, and high-speed operation. Their internal structure is designed to achieve lower backlash during fine incremental movement, enabling high-accuracy positioning even when operating at high speeds. This makes the series well suited for precision machinery where smooth micro-movement and dynamic performance are critical.

Both series use four rows of precision rolling elements to provide excellent load capacity and stable motion under combined radial and moment loads. The MCH-F features a flange-type slide block for easy mounting, while the MCH-LF incorporates a long block design to further enhance rigidity and load-bearing capability for heavier applications.

In addition, the guides adopt a simple lubrication structure optimized for oil lubrication, allowing easy maintenance and reliable lubrication performance.
