Miki Pulley Centaflex
Miki Pulley Centaflex couplings use the elasticity of rubber or plastic to dampen and absorb shock and vibration during power transmission. They give you high flexibility, low noise, and easy maintenance since they don’t need lubrication, and their simple build gives them a long service life. You’ll find them used in engines for construction machinery, ships, generators, and general industrial machinery.
The lineup includes several models to fit different needs. CF-A models use highly elastic rubber and a pre compressed design for strong vibration absorption, handling up to 5000 N·m. CF-H models use polyester resin instead, so they hold up better against heat, cold, and oil, and they’re easy to disconnect for maintenance. CF-X models are built with nylon resin, giving you a rigid, backlash free coupling for accurate power transmission. CF-B models use polyurethane or polyester as the buffer material in a compact, simple design that’s easy to mount and remove. CM models are made for engines, using soft, highly elastic rubber that helps avoid resonance at low idle speeds.
