Miki Pulley Servo Rigid (SRG Model)
The Miki Pulley Servo Rigid SRG Model skips the misalignment compensating parts found in flexible couplings, which gives it extremely high torsional rigidity. This means torque transmission stays precise, with very little rotational lag or twisting under load.
Since it doesn’t need those extra elements, the outer diameter can be smaller relative to the torque it handles, so the coupling itself is more compact and helps lower the overall moment of inertia. It’s a good fit for servo motor applications that need high precision positioning and quick response, and it performs best in setups where the shafts are already well aligned. The SRG Model handles rated torque from 90 to 490 N·m, with outer diameters from 48mm to 78mm and maximum speeds ranging from 9,500 to 15,000 RPM.v
