The Miki Pulley Bellowflex is a resin bellows coupling built with a highly elastic polyester resin boot bonded to aluminum alloy hubs in a unitized, one-piece construction. This design absorbs vibration and minimizes shaft reaction forces from installation misalignment, while staying compact, lightweight, easy to install and remove, and completely backlash-free. The CHP Model handles operating torque from 0.4 to 1.5 N·m, with permissible eccentricity of 0.5 mm and angular deviation up to 10°. Its precision and zero backlash make it well suited for stepper motor and encoder-driven equipment, positioning stages, and other measurement or inspection systems that demand accurate, vibration-damped power transmission.
