Miki Pulley Paraflex
Miki Pulley Paraflex is a pin and bushing coupling with an aluminum alloy body. The pins and bushings are made with high precision and use dry metal, which keeps backlash to a minimum. Since it uses a universal joint design, shaft reaction forces from installation errors stay very low, and the sliding motion between the pin and bushing surfaces also helps dampen vibration.
There are two models to choose from. The CPE model uses a design that allows for a larger installation tolerance, handling misalignment up to 1 degree, with operating torque from 0.7 to 5 N·m. The CPU model allows for a wider range of installation tolerances and can handle misalignment up to 4 degrees, with torque ranging from 2 to 25 N·m. It’s compatible with general purpose motors, stepper motors, and servo motors, which makes it a good fit for factory automation equipment and industrial machinery where precision and reliability matter.
