ELM IVCL Series Voice Coil Motors
Elshin Linear Motor (ELM) IVCL Series Voice Coil Motors are designed for precise and responsive linear motion. They provide high thrust, fast acceleration and smooth movement without mechanical transmission components.
The IVCL Series includes cylindrical and square voice coil motors. Peak thrust ranges from 6 N to 10,000 N, while rated thrust ranges from 2 N to 700 N. Effective stroke lengths range from 1 mm to 50 mm, depending on the model. The motors support maximum acceleration of up to 20G. Optional optical or magnetic scale feedback is available. With suitable feedback, the system can achieve resolution of up to 0.05 μm and repeatability of 0.1 μm.
IVCL Voice Coil Motors are suitable for optical electronics, automotive inspection, automated welding, biological testing, semiconductor equipment and robotics.
