ELM ICR Series Direct Drive Motors

Elshin Linear Motor (ELM) ICR Series Direct Drive Motors are compact rotary motors designed for precise and responsive motion. The hollow design allows cables and other components to pass through the motor.

The ICR Series includes ICR20, ICR30, ICR40, ICR60, ICR68 and ICR90 models. Depending on the model, peak torque ranges from 0.09 Nm to 3.6 Nm, with maximum speeds up to 1,000 rpm. The motors use high-precision cross roller bearings. Axial and radial runout are controlled within 5 μm. An integrated optical encoder provides 4,096 to 1,864,000 counts/rev, depending on the model.

The ICR Series offers inner or outer rotor configurations and can be customised for different applications. It is suitable for precision rotary motion in automation, optical equipment, semiconductor equipment and robotics.
