SMAC VLC Series Controllers/Servo Drives

SMAC VLC Series Controllers/Servo Drives are integrated motion controllers and servo drives for operating DC brushed and brushless rotary motors and linear actuators. They provide precise control in a compact solution. The range includes VLC-ETC, VLCI-X1, VLC-1-07, VLC-1-13, VLC-M1, VLC-25-07, VLC-25-13 and VLCI-R1. Single-axis and dual-axis versions are available in stand-alone or built-in configurations.

The VLC Series supports position, velocity and torque control with a maximum servo loop rate of 100 μs. It also supports incremental encoder feedback and EtherCAT connectivity on selected models. Features include PID control, Safe Torque Off (STO), programmable motion and flexible I/O. The drives support both brushed and brushless motors, as well as SMAC linear actuators.
