Servotronix softMC803 Mid-Range Motion Controller

The Servotronix softMC803 is a mid-range motion controller for multi-axis automation systems. It combines real-time motion control with PLC functions and industrial communication. The softMC803 uses a real-time Linux operating system and a CODESYS control kernel. It supports IEC 61131-3 standards and PLCopen specifications. The controller also uses an Intel quad-core processor for fast response.

The controller supports EtherCAT, Modbus TCP and OPC UA communication. It also provides built-in digital I/O, RS-232 and RS-485 ports, USB and HDMI interfaces.

The softMC803 supports point-to-point motion, speed synchronisation and position synchronisation. It also supports electronic cam, electronic gear, CNC and robot functions. WebHMI and G-code interpolation are available for selected applications.
