Servotronix SC300 Compact Motion Controller

The Servotronix SC300 is a compact motion controller for multi-axis machine control. It combines motion control, PLC functions and communication in a single controller. The SC300 Series includes the SC301 and SC302 models. The SC301 supports up to 8 axes at 2 ms or 16 axes at 4 ms. The SC302 supports up to 16 axes at 2 ms or 32 axes at 4 ms.

The controller runs on Linux and uses CODESYS as its control software. It supports EtherCAT, Modbus TCP and OPC-UA communication. CANopen and RS-485 are also available for system integration.

The SC300 supports functions such as point-to-point motion, speed and position synchronisation, following, flying shear, electronic gear and electronic cam. Selected models also support CNC and robot coordinate transformation functions.
