Sanyo Denki SANMOTION C S300 Motion Controller

The Sanyo Denki SANMOTION C S300 Motion Controller is a compact, high-performance controller designed for precise multi-axis motion control. It supports control of up to 32 axes with a 1 ms control cycle.

The S300 is available in SMC300-A and SMC300-B models. The SMC300-A supports PLC, motion and robot control, while the SMC300-B is designed for PLC and PTP motion control. The SMC300-A supports Cartesian, SCARA and parallel link robots. The controller supports EtherCAT, Ethernet, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA and Modbus TCP communication. It has 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs, with additional I/O available through the SMC-DM332 expansion module.

The S300 also features enhanced security functions and can record equipment operation video together with synchronized motion data for troubleshooting. Its compact design measures 50 × 120 × 110 mm and weighs approximately 350 g.
