Sanyo Denki SANMOTION C S200 Motion Controller

The Sanyo Denki SANMOTION C S200 Motion Controller is a compact motion controller designed for machine automation and motion control. It features a high-speed EtherCAT interface and supports real-time data collection and equipment monitoring.

The S200 is available in SMC200-A and SMC200-B models. The SMC200-A supports motion and robot control, while the SMC200-B is designed for PTP positioning control. The SMC200-A can control up to 8 axes and supports Cartesian, SCARA and parallel link robots.

The controller supports EtherCAT, Ethernet, RS-485, 1-Wire and USB 2.0 communication. It also includes 16 digital inputs, 8 digital outputs and 2 analog outputs. The SANMOTION C S200 supports IEC 61131-3 programming languages, web-based data visualization, MQTT and SMTP communication. It also provides electronic cam and electronic gear functions for advanced motion control.
