THK LBG Series Rotary Ball Spline with Gear

The THK LBG Series is a unit-type rotary ball spline with gear teeth machined onto the flange circumference and radial and thrust needle bearings compactly integrated into the spline nut. Three equidistant crests on the spline shaft, each flanked by two rows of balls (six rows total), are preloaded at a 45-degree contact angle to eliminate angular backlash and deliver high rigidity against torque and moment loads. The needle bearing support gives a rigid nut support strong against radial loads, making it well suited for torque transmission via spline nut drive. Available in spline shaft diameters of 20 to 50 mm, with solid or hollow shaft options.
