THK BNS-A Compact Ball Screw Spline
THK BNS-A is a compact ball screw spline designed for combined linear and rotary motion. It integrates a ball screw and ball spline into one unit. The no-preload design provides smooth motion while the compact structure helps save installation space.
The BNS-A allows one unit to handle both linear movement and rotary motion. The ball screw section provides axial movement, while the ball spline section transmits torque. This design helps reduce the number of components in compact mechanisms.
THK BNS-A is available in sizes 0812A, 1015A, 1616A, 2020A, 2525A, 3232A and 4040A. The DN value is 70,000, with ball screw shaft diameters from 8 to 40 mm. Both hollow and solid shaft options are available for selected configurations.
