THK NS Ball Screw/Spline

The THK NS Ball Screw/Spline combines a precision ball screw and ball spline on a single shaft. This allows the system to perform rotary, linear and spiral motion. It is suitable for equipment that requires precise positioning and combined linear and rotary movement.

The NS features a large lead and preload for smooth, accurate motion. Its rotary nut design also supports high-speed operation. The ball screw and ball spline use dedicated support bearings, creating a compact and rigid structure.

The THK NS is available with 16 to 50 mm screw shaft diameters in models NS1616 to NS5050. Ball spline basic dynamic load ratings range from 7.1 to 60.9 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 12.6 to 94.5 kN.
