KSS SG Series Precision Ball Screw

The KSS SG Series Precision Ball Screws are available in C3 and C5 accuracy grades and are supplied with a pre-machined fixed-side shaft end. This pre-machined fixed end reduces lead times by eliminating one of the two end machining steps typically required for a fully custom ball screw.

Short delivery times are supported by machining the support-side shaft end according to customer requirements, allowing the SG Series to be tailored to specific mounting configurations without the full lead time of a completely custom-machined ball screw. This makes it a practical option for applications requiring precision-grade ball screws with faster turnaround than fully bespoke alternatives.
