THK KR Full-Ball LM Guide Actuator
THK KR is a full-ball LM Guide Actuator that combines an LM Guide and ball screw in one compact structure. The inner block integrates the LM Guide units and ball screw unit inside a rigid U-shaped outer rail. This provides high rigidity and accurate linear motion in a small installation space.
The KR supports loads in four directions and can be installed in different orientations. Its U-shaped outer rail improves resistance to moment and torsion, while the four-row LM Guide design provides high accuracy with no clearance under preload.
The THK KR also uses the housings as support units and the inner block as the table. This integrated design reduces the number of parts and simplifies machine design and assembly. The series includes KR15, KR20, KR26, KR30H, KR33, KR45H, KR46, KR55 and KR65 models.
