SMAC Linear Slide Actuators
SMAC Linear Slide Actuators provide precise linear motion in a compact design. They use SMAC moving coil technology for accurate positioning and controlled movement. The range is designed for precision movement, scanning and testing applications. The range includes LCS, LBS, SLA and LAS Series. Depending on the series, stroke lengths range from 5 mm to 250 mm. Peak force reaches up to 202 N.
The LCS Series offers high repeatability and Soft-Land™ capability. The SLA Series uses precision cross roller guides for increased stiffness and lower friction. It also supports encoder resolutions down to 50 nm.
The LAS Series provides precise force control and Soft-Land™ capability. It is designed for precision positioning and handling fragile components. Encoder resolutions of 5 μm are standard, with finer options available for selected models.
