Sanyo Denki SANMOTION Linear Servo Systems

The Sanyo Denki SANMOTION Linear Servo System is designed for high-speed and precise linear motion. It uses a linear servo motor with a direct-drive design, eliminating the need for mechanical transmission components. The range includes center magnet and dual magnet types. Both designs provide acceleration of up to 25 G and are designed to reduce the effects of magnetic attraction on surrounding equipment.

The center magnet type provides up to 650 N maximum thrust and speeds of up to 2.5 m/s. The dual magnet type provides up to 1,400 N maximum thrust and speeds of up to 3.0 m/s. The linear servo motors are available with different magnet rail lengths and optional Hall sensors. Compatible SANMOTION R servo amplifiers are available for both center magnet and dual magnet configurations.
