Sanyo Denki SANMOTION G AC Servo System

The Sanyo Denki SANMOTION G AC Servo System is a high-performance servo solution designed for precise, responsive, and reliable motion control in industrial equipment. The series combines high-performance servo motors and amplifiers, with 200 VAC models from 30 W to 5 kW and 100 VAC models from 30W to 200W. It delivers a 3.5 kHz speed frequency response and positioning settling time reduced to one-third of the predecessor, while servo motors use a 23-bit encoder as standard, with options up to 27-bit resolution for high-precision positioning. Maximum motor speed is up to 6,500 min⁻¹.

The system is available with Analog/Pulse, EtherCAT single-axis, and EtherCAT 2-axis integrated servo amplifiers. Its features include advanced auto-tuning, detailed system diagnostics, reduced motor noise, improved vibration resistance, and compact servo motor and amplifier designs.

SANMOTION G is suitable for demanding applications including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial robots, injection molding machines, overhead conveyors, filling machines, CT scanners, spring forming machines, and carton forming machines.
