Sanyo Denki SANMOTION G AC Servo System

The Sanyo Denki SANMOTION G AC Servo System is designed for precise and stable motion control. It combines high-performance servo motors with servo amplifiers for a wide range of industrial equipment. The system is available for 200 VAC and 100 VAC power supplies. The range includes low-inertia and medium-inertia servo motors. The 200 V class covers motor outputs from 30 W to 5 kW, while the 100 V class covers 30 W to 200 W. Servo amplifiers are available in analog/pulse, EtherCAT single-axis and EtherCAT 2-axis integrated configurations.

The system features a 23-bit encoder as standard, with an optional encoder resolution of up to 27 bits. Servo motors can reach speeds of up to 6,500 rpm, while the servo system provides a speed frequency response of up to 3.5 kHz for precise and responsive motion.

SANMOTION G also provides advanced tuning, system diagnostics, EtherCAT communication and enhanced monitoring functions. The servo motors feature IP67 protection, with options including holding brakes and battery-less absolute encoders.
