The Sanyo Denki SANMOTION T DC Servo System is designed for stable, precise motion control, particularly in applications requiring excellent low-speed performance and accurate positioning. By reducing cogging torque and supporting high-resolution encoders and tachogenerators, SANMOTION T provides smooth operation with low-speed ripple.

The series supports 24 V motor winding options for 23W, 40W, and 60W motors, making it suitable for applications where low-voltage operation and compact servo amplifier design are important. The system also incorporates vibration suppression, disturbance suppression, and notch-filter functions to improve positioning accuracy and reduce cycle times.

SANMOTION T also provides PC-based setup and auto-tuning functions, allowing parameters, test runs, and monitored waveforms such as position, speed, and torque to be managed through setup software. Power loss in the main circuit is reduced by 30%, while all models conform to an IP43 protection rating.
