THK Square Flange Linear Bushing

THK’s Square Flange Linear Bushing uses point-contact ball bearings against a cylindrical LM shaft for smooth, low-friction straight-line motion, with the nut mounting directly to a housing via a square flange. The lineup spans seven variants: Model LMK (standard resin), LMK-M (stainless steel), LMK-L and LMK-ML (long type for extra load capacity), LMIK and LMIK-L (fitted flange, shorter protrusion to save space opposite the mount), and LMCK-L (center flange, for evenly distributed loads). Basic dynamic load ratings range from 206 N up to 7,650 N depending on model, with shaft diameters from 6 to 60 mm. Suited to medical equipment, packaging machinery, and lightweight office automation equipment not subject to vibration or shock.
