THK Square Flange Linear Bushing

The THK Square Flange Linear Bushing is designed for smooth, low-friction linear motion with a cylindrical LM shaft. The balls make point contact with the shaft, allowing straight movement with minimal friction. The square flange also allows the bushing to mount directly to the housing.

The range includes LMK, LMK-M, LMK-L, LMK-ML, LMIK, LMIK-L and LMCK-L. The standard LMK series covers general applications. The long types use two standard retainers for a higher net rated load. The fitted flange types help save space on the opposite side of the mounting. The center flange type helps distribute the load on both sides of the flange.

Shaft diameters range from 6 to 60 mm. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 206 to 7,650 N, depending on the model. These linear bushings are commonly used in medical equipment, packaging equipment and lightweight office automation equipment where vibration and shock are limited.
