THK Cut Flange Linear Bushing

THK’s Cut Flange (oval flange) Linear Bushing offers the same point-contact, low-friction straight-line motion as other Linear Bushing types, but with a flange trimmed to an oval shape for a lower profile and reduced mounting footprint. Seven variants are available: Model LMH (standard resin), LMH-M (stainless steel), LMH-L and LMH-ML (long type for greater load capacity), LMIH and LMIH-L (fitted flange, space-saving on the opposite mounting side), and LMCH-L (center flange, for evenly distributed loads). Basic dynamic load ratings range from 206 N up to 2,490 N depending on model, with shaft diameters from 6 to 30 mm. Well suited to compact medical, packaging, and lightweight automation equipment.
