THK Circular Flange Linear Bushing

The THK Circular Flange Linear Bushing is designed for direct mounting to a housing with its round flange. This makes installation simple and helps keep the linear motion system compact. THK offers standard and long-type versions for different load requirements.

The range includes LMF, LMF-M, LMF-L and LMF-ML models. It also includes LMIF and LMIF-L fitted flange types, plus the LMCF-L center flange type. The fitted flange design helps save space on the opposite side of the mounting, while the center flange type helps distribute the load on both sides of the flange.

These linear bushings use a cylindrical LM shaft and provide smooth linear motion with low friction. They are commonly used in medical equipment, packaging equipment and lightweight office automation equipment where vibration and shock are limited. They are not designed for loads applied in the rotational direction.
