THK Flange-less Linear Bushing

The THK Flange-less Linear Bushing is designed for smooth, low-friction linear motion with a cylindrical LM shaft. The balls make point contact with the shaft, allowing straight movement with minimal friction. The nut uses high-carbon chromium bearing steel, with ground and heat-treated surfaces for durability and precision.

THK offers several flange-less types for different applications. The Standard Type covers a wide range of uses. The Clearance-adjustable Type allows the shaft clearance to be adjusted. The Open Type can be used where the LM shaft is supported by a column or fulcrum. The Long Type uses two standard retainers for a higher net rated load.

Available models include LM, LM-GA, LM-MG, LME and LM-L. Shaft diameters range from 3 to 120 mm, with basic dynamic load ratings from 88.2 to 16,400 N, depending on the model.
