THK WHF Large-Lead High-Speed Ball Screw

THK WHF is a large-lead high-speed ball screw for fast and accurate linear positioning. Its new circulation structure achieves a DN value of 120,000. The WHF also uses an end-cap design and has no preload.

The large lead allows the screw to produce fast linear movement with each rotation. The WHF is available with 15, 20 and 25 mm screw shaft diameters. Lead options range from 20 to 50 mm, depending on the model.

THK WHF models include WHF1530-3.4, WHF1540-3.4, WHF2020-3.4, WHF2025-3.4, WHF2030-3.4, WHF2040-3.4, WHF2525-3.4 and WHF2550-3.4. The nut dimensions and mounting holes of selected WHF models are interchangeable with the previous WGF models.
