THK WGF Super-Lead Precision Ball Screw

THK WGF is a super-lead precision ball screw for fast linear movement and accurate positioning. Its lead length is 1.5 to 3 times the screw shaft diameter. The WGF uses a full-ball design with no preload.

The WGF uses an end-cap type ball circulation system. Its super-lead design allows a longer travel distance with each screw rotation. This makes it suitable for applications that require high-speed linear movement.

THK WGF is available with screw shaft diameters from 8 to 50 mm. The series has a DN value of 70,000, with models ranging from WGF0812-3 to WGF50100-3. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 2.2 to 49.9 kN.
