THK SDAN-V & SDAN-VX High-Speed Ball Screw
THK SDAN-V and SDAN-VX are high-speed ball screws designed for precise positioning. They use a double-nut preload system with a spacer to eliminate backlash. Their compact nut dimensions comply with ISO 3408 standards.
The SDAN-V uses a caged ball design, while the SDAN-VX uses a full-ball design. Both models pick up balls in the tangential direction to support high-speed operation. The SDAN-V reaches a DN value of 160,000, while the SDAN-VX reaches 130,000.
The THK SDAN-V & SDAN-VX are available with screw shaft diameters from 31 to 63 mm. The series offers high rigidity, compact dimensions and long-term maintenance-free operation. Maximum rotational speed can reach 5,000 min⁻¹ for applicable models.
