THK SDA-V & SDA-VZ Precision Ball Screw

The THK SDA-V & SDA-VZ Precision Ball Screw is designed for accurate positioning and smooth linear motion. It is available with preload or no preload to suit different ball screw applications. The series is also ISO 3408 compliant.

The SDA-V uses a caged-ball design, while the SDA-VZ uses a full-ball design. The caged-ball type has a DN value of 160,000, while the full-ball type has a DN value of 100,000 or 130,000, depending on the specification.

The series offers multiple screw shaft diameters and lead options, with models ranging from 10 to 63 mm shaft diameters in the catalogue. Basic load ratings vary by model and ball arrangement.
