THK SBN-V High-Speed Caged Ball Screw
THK SBN-V is a high-speed caged ball screw for precise linear positioning. It uses a ball cage to reduce contact and friction between the balls. This supports smooth motion, low torque fluctuation and long-term maintenance-free operation.
The SBN-V uses an optimized circulation structure that picks up the balls tangentially to the direction of movement. This helps the ball screw achieve high-speed operation. The model also uses preload or offset preload for accurate positioning.
The THK SBN-V is available in Small and Medium types. The Small type covers 16 to 32 mm screw shaft diameters with a DN value of 130,000. The Medium type covers 25 to 50 mm with a DN value of 160,000.
