THK SBKN High-Speed Caged Ball Screw
THK SBKN is a high-speed caged ball screw for precise linear positioning. It uses a ball cage to reduce contact between the balls. This helps achieve smooth motion and long-term maintenance-free operation.
The SBKN uses a double-nut preload system. Two ball screw nuts are preloaded with a spacer to eliminate backlash. It also uses an end-cap circulation design and a large lead for fast feed motion.
The THK SBKN is available with 36, 40, 50 and 55 mm screw shaft diameters. It has a DN value of 160,000. Models include SBKN3620-7.6 through SBKN5536-7.6, with basic dynamic load ratings from 88.1 to 127.2 kN.
