THK SBKH High-Load High-Speed Ball Screw
THK SBKH is a high-load ball screw designed for high-speed operation. It uses a caged ball design to reduce contact and friction between the balls. This helps provide smooth motion, low torque fluctuation and long-term maintenance-free operation.
The SBKH has a large lead and no preload. Its end-cap circulation system supports high-speed movement. THK specifies a maximum speed of 92 m/min, with a DN value of 130,000.
The THK SBKH is available with 63, 80, 100 and 120 mm screw shaft diameters. Models include SBKH 6332-3.8, SBKH 6340-7.6, SBKH 8050-7.6 and SBKH 12060-7.6. The basic dynamic load rating ranges from 304 to 962 kN.
