THK SBK High-Speed Caged Ball Screw
THK SBK is a high-speed caged ball screw designed for precision positioning. It uses a double-nut preload structure to improve rigidity and reduce axial clearance. The caged ball design supports smooth motion at high rotational speeds.
The SBK Small type reaches a DN value of 130,000. The Medium type reaches 160,000, while selected models such as SBK3636, SBK4040 and SBK5050 reach 210,000. This provides high-speed performance across different machine requirements.
THK SBK Small covers shaft diameters from 15 to 32 mm, while the Medium type covers 36 to 55 mm. The series includes different lead and circuit configurations, with permissible rotational speeds up to 5,000 min⁻¹.
