THK MTF Miniature Full-Ball Rolled Ball Screw

THK MTF is a miniature full-ball rolled ball screw designed for compact linear motion. It has a small screw shaft and no preload, making it suitable for applications where installation space is limited.

The MTF uses a rolled screw shaft for smooth and accurate operation. Its compact design is available with screw shaft diameters from 6 to 14 mm. Lead options range from 1 to 5 mm, depending on the model.

THK MTF models include MTF0601-3.7, MTF0801-3.7, MTF0802-3.7, MTF0805-2.7, MTF1002-3.7, MTF1004-2.7, MTF1202-3.7 and MTF1402-3.7. The series has a DN value of 50,000 and is supplied as a ball screw nut and screw shaft set.
