THK MDK Miniature Full-Ball Precision Ball Screw

THK MDK is a miniature full-ball precision ball screw for compact positioning applications. Its small size makes it suitable for equipment with limited installation space. The screw shaft diameter ranges from 4 to 14 mm, with leads from 1 to 5 mm.

The MDK uses a deflector-type ball circulation system and has no preload. This design provides smooth linear motion in a compact structure. It is available in C3, C5 and C7 accuracy grades, depending on the model and configuration.

THK MDK has a DN value of 70,000 and is available in several shaft diameter and lead combinations. Selected models are also available with contamination protection seals, while the shaft ends can be machined for different installation requirements.
