THK MBF Full-Ball Precision Ball Screw

The THK MBF is a full-ball type precision ball screw for compact equipment. Its miniature design is suited to applications with limited installation space. Screw shaft diameters range from 4 to 14 mm, with leads from 1 to 5 mm.

The series uses a no-preload design for precise linear motion. It has a compact structure and is suitable for small positioning mechanisms. The series is available in several shaft diameters and lead combinations.

Available models include MBF0401, MBF0601, MBF0802, MBF1002, MBF1202, MBF1402 and MBF1404. The MBF has a DN value of 70,000 and can be supplied with unfinished shaft ends.
