THK JPF Slim Nut Full-Ball Rolled Ball Screw

THK JPF is a compact full-ball rolled ball screw with a slim nut design. It uses constant-pressure preload to achieve zero backlash and smooth linear motion. The compact nut suits applications where installation space is limited.

The JPF uses a simple nut structure with its central section acting as a spring. This structure maintains a constant preload and helps absorb pitch errors during operation. The deflector-type design also supports a compact ball return path.
