THK HBN-V Series Precision Caged Ball Screw (High Load)
The THK HBN-V Series is optimised for high load applications, achieving a rated load more than twice that of a conventional ball screw of the same size. Like other caged ball screws, it uses a ball cage to stop balls from colliding and rubbing, which gives it low noise, reduced torque fluctuation, and long-term maintenance-free operation, along with strong high-speed performance.
It doesn’t require a preload, carries a DN value of 160,000, and is available in screw shaft diameters from 50mm to 80mm, making it a solid choice where standard ball screws can’t handle the load.
