The THK HBN-V High-Thrust Ball Screw is designed for high-load applications that require high axial load capacity and rigidity. Its caged-ball design supports smooth ball circulation and stable operation.
The HBN-V is available without preload and has a DN value of 160,000. It can achieve a longer service life than conventional ball screws when used under high loads.
Models are available with 50 to 80 mm screw shaft diameters and a range of lead options. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 189 to 1,139 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 506 to 2,912 kN, depending on the model.
