THK HBN Series Precision Caged Ball Screw (High Load)
The THK HBN Series is optimised for high load applications, achieving a rated load more than twice that of a conventional ball screw of the same size. It uses a ball cage inside the nut to stop the balls from colliding and rubbing against each other, which gives it low noise, reduced torque fluctuation, and long-term maintenance-free operation, along with an ideal ball recirculation structure for strong high-speed performance.
It doesn’t require a preload, carries a DN value of 130,000, and is available in screw shaft diameters from 32mm to 63mm, making it a solid mid-range option in THK’s high load caged ball screw lineup.
